the hotel location worked fine for my needs. staff members are mostly friendly to me. i appreciate the toiletries provided, those are very good. it's great i joined the honors club.
the air conditioning didn't work well on my stay, and i ended up with just a fan. i was located on a noisy street so it was difficult sleeping with the window open.

great locationvaried serviceunhelpful staff
The location IS great for access from the train station.
I found the level of service varied. The young gentleman at breakfast WAS lovely. the rest of the restaurant staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I asked for fried eggs one day and got them quickly. The next day, the order was wrong and unresolved.
